DHD Series Wholesale Button Bits for Water Hole Deep Drill Hammer Bits
Description
In DTH hammers, the rock drilling bit is a continuation of the shank, which the rock drill piston strikes directly. Since the piston is in direct contact with the drill bit, little energy is lost. This gives DTH hammers a nearly constant penetration rate regardless of hole length.
• Small to medium size drilling diameters
• Works in low pressure range, capable of drilling shallow to medium hole lengths
Applications
• Underground mining
• Quarry benching operations
• Water well drilling
The main features are as following:
1. Simple design of the piston. Long life span.
2. More efficient energy transfer, faster drilling speed, low air consumption and lower oil consumption.
3. Fewer internal parts, simple structure, long life span, less failure and easier to maintain because all the parts are heat treated.
4. Easy to disassemble because the top sub, the drive chuck and the external cylinder are connected by multiple steps thread.
